Your customers may connect through your portal either anonymously, via 0900 access, or sign up for prepaid / direct-debit services. Customer registration is simple and free. Alternatively, registered customers may connect through your portal using the integrated e-mail or the live-chat module (you can, of course, disable any or some of the features mentioned above).
